There are several other dominant Iowa gambling halls, including Harrah’s Council Bluffs, with 28,250 sq.ft., 1,212 one armed bandits, and 39 table games.

A tinier Iowa gambling den is the Diamond Jo, a paddle wheel boat casino in Dubuque, with 17,813 square feet, 776 slot machines, and 19 table games. The Catfish Bend water based, in Fort Madison, with 13,000 sq.ft., 535 slot machines, and 14 table games. Another Iowa river based gambling hall, The Isle of Capri, is available never closes, with 24,939 square feet, 1,100 slots, and 24 table games. The Mississippi Belle II, a 10,577 square foot water based casino in Clinton, has 506 slots, 14 table games, live shows, and Thursday 21 tournaments.

Iowa casinos provide an excellent deal of tax income to the commonwealth of Iowa, which has allowed the funding of a good many state wide activities. Tourism has grown at a rapid percentage accompanied with the request for companies and an increase in working people.
