Don’t Drink … Play!
If you enjoy having a a drink every once in a while, keep your cash at home if you are going to do your consuming in a casino. I’m serious. Leave your evening bag, your money belt, and keep all cash, plastic credit and checks at home. Only take only the money you intend to spend on drinks, tipping and whatever pocket change you anticipate to burn and keep the rest behind.
Pessimistic? Not by any means. Just realistic. You might have a success after a boozy night out with your buddies and be blessed sufficiently to hit a 25 minute roll at a hot craps game. Keep that story considering that it’s as brief as it gets if you continually drink and wager. The pair just do not mix.
Keeping your money at home might be a bit dramatic, but preventative measures for dramatic actions is necessary. If you play to win, then don’t drink and play. If you can afford to blow your assets without a worry, then drink all the free booze you can handle, but don’t pack plastic credit and checkbooks to toss into the mix of following losses after your dead drunk brain loses all the cash!
Permit me to take this one step more. Don’t drink and then jump on the internet to wager in your best-liked casino either. I love to beverage from the comfort of my condominium, however seeing that I’m hooked up through Neteller, Firepay and have plastic credit at my fingertips, I can not drink and gamble.
Why? Even though I don’t drink a lot, once I consume alcohol, it’s absolutely sufficient to cloud my common sense. I wager, so I do not drink when wagering. If you are a drinker, don’t gamble when you do. Both create an awful, and crazy, cocktail.
